CS Design Group does not do stock plans. In fact, we do this on purpose. We have great starting points, but what we do best is tailor our design to fit your lot configuration, market-driven specifications, or tastes you may have. We have had great success in customizing designs to easily integrate the tastes of our clients. We work with narrow and deep, shallow and wide, country, city, lake, and in-fill lots. You name it, and we'll do it!
